Every year we will agree Core Priorities which form the basis for our School Development Plan.  They comprise of strategic areas which we agree as priorities for the academic year. Some Core Priorities are shared across Compass Special Schools and some are specific to Rowan Wood School. Everyone in our learning community knows about, commits to and contributes to these areas.
